COMMON QUESTIONS!
What do I need to do to make a reservation?
Simply give us a call on the number listed above or email us.
Please provide your flight details, pickup and drop-off address,
number of passengers and if traveling with skis.
How far in advance do I need to call?
It depends on the time of the
year. As a car service we generally accept reservations made 2 hours in
advance although during the winter we would recommend a 24 hour notice
due to the high demand.
Will someone be waiting for me at the airport when I arrive?
Yes, a driver will be
specifically assigned to you that day for your pickup. You must call
our dispatch number above when you arrive at baggage claim and our driver will pull up curbside to meet you right outside the baggage
claim door.
What are your cancellation policies?
Generally we require 2 hours notice for local valley areas. Reservations between the airport and Park City require a 6 hour notice. No shows charged full fare.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your flight status will be
monitored by your driver so even if you're stuck in flight we will be
there to meet you when you arrive. There are no charges for delayed flights.
Do you allow eating and drinking in your vehicles?
Light snacks and drinks are ok. Smoking/Drinking Alcohol prohibited.
Traveling with children?
If you are traveling with children, we recommend
the use of child safety seats. While laws vary from state-to-state, we recommend
that small children under 7yrs old be secured in a child restraint
seat or booster seat. Available at $5 per seat.
